The house is located 1 km (0.6 miles) from an ICA supermarket and the 3 nearby swimming beaches. Kitchen, flush toilet, washing machine, fridge/freezer, 52-inch TV, App TV, Wi-Fi, private patio with parasol. Private outdoor area. Parking by the garage. The sofa folds down to a 120 cm bed, extra mass is available Self check-in is via a "code box" where the key is located, see pictures, code will come upon booking.

Fresh air in a quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the edge of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

This unique place has a style all its own that is something out of the ordinary. Wake up and take a morning swim on your own dock and then enjoy a good breakfast while you dip your toes in Insjön. Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Bus stop 200 meters away with direct bus to Stockholm, Slussen. Close to nature reserve (Björnö about 10 minutes by car or bus) where you can rent kayaks, hike, and swim. NOTE: Not perfect accommodation for small children, as the loft bed and terrace can pose a risk of falling. Possible to hire 2 kayaks (adult size) at the accommodation.

Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.
