You have your own bathroom with its own entrance in the large house 25 meters from the lake cottage. Charcoal grill if you want to grill and glasses/plates and cutlery are available. Kettle and tea/espresso machine available in room. A really good breakfast is included

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The accommodation is newly built and equipped with all modern standards to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There are no cars or noise, just wild berries and wild animals. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea Kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain Bikes (All included in the rental).
