An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Newly-built cottage with sauna, hot tub and private jetty

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Relax in a newly built villa in the countryside! The house is located on a hill facing south and has three nice bedrooms, each with a double bed and A/C. The master bedroom also has a bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg of just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for kitchen, living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace.
