Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

At a comfortable distance, you'll find famous sights like Varberg Fortress ... 14 km to shopping in Ullared Gekås 45 km to Falkenberg 45 km to Varberg In the winter six months, there are ski tracks in Ätran and also ski slope in Ullared.

Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with species-rich surroundings. The cottage is added to 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and one sofa bed. When you look out you have some view of the lake where you also have boat access for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer passing the cabin. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find grocery store 20 min drive from the cabin. There are a total of 3 cabins in the area and we are renting out two of these.

Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. A fairly simple and small, but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, halfway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction hobs. The refrigerator is in the shed next to the terrace. Dining/living room with wood stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
