The location of the cottage is close to the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a plot, with sea views and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance there are lovely baths at beaches or cliffs. The cottage is quietly located on a dead end street with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650m from the beach. Our new (2019) and nice guest house at cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a couple of minutes to several beaches or restaurants. You see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. Newly renovated little cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

A tiny new built house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km).
