The house is located in the middle of everything there is to wish for - the proximity to Varberg city, the beech forests in Åkulla, Grimeton radio station, Gekås in Ullared and the sea on the west coast. On the lower level there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a 140 cm bed. From the living room you can reach the conservatory and terrace overlooking the meadows. There is also a barbecue area that can be used, as well as a small playhouse with a sandbox. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 90x2 beds) and bathrooms.

Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg of just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for kitchen, living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this unique accommodation out on Grimsholmen south of Falkenberg. About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace.
