We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. High-quality solid wood furniture. Close to car parking.

Chalet with 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate 10 guests. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box spring beds. The house is heated quite rustically with wood in winter. We also have additional infrared heaters in all rooms. The property is fenced. The house is located at 1300 meters and is accessible by car all year round.
