Vacation rentals with a patio in Valmontone

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Andrea. Het appartement ziet er fantastisch uit, heeft alle voorzieningen, is enorm schoon en heeft een prachtig dakterras. Ook de airco’s in het appartement zijn écht een live safer in de hitte van Rome. De metro en de bus zijn op loopafstand, het appartement bevindt zich in een fijne en veilige buurt en biedt alle rust om even te ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad. Al om al, een fantastisch verblijf gehad! 10/10!

The place was absolutely beautiful stylish, crisp clean linen. It has a touch of luxury, aircon im every room for the hot days in Rome, privacy and a lovely balcony to enjoy breakfast The closest supermarket is not even 5 min away and it operates 24/7 It is extremly well thought from the welcome bottles of water both sparkling and still to all the equipment in the kitchen and first aid kit. The location is quiet, close to the metro line The Quadraro is much nicer than it was but still has growing pains, so we did not hang out much there On the weekdays the tube closes early however there is a replacement bus that takes the same route as the tube so no problem there.We chose to takes a taxi on those days and it was all perfect not the slightest problem

Appartement situé dans un quartier calme Idéal pour se reposer après une journée de visite Le métro C nous emmène en 30 mn environ dans le centre (arrêt San Giovanni) Gloria et son mari nous ont proposé de venir nous chercher à l’aéroport Ils sont de très bon conseil pour les visites et sont réactifs aux diffentes demandes faites Je recommande cet appartement sans hesiter

Casa excelente! Estava conforme descrito no anúncio, possui muitas facilidades que tornaram a estadia muito agradável. Gianluca foi extremamente simpático e acolhedor. A casa fica um pouco afastada do centro de Roma, mas fica bem perto de uma estação terminal do metrô linha A e tem ônibus direto até a estação. Melhor custo-benefício já que neste ano de jubileu tudo está muito caro em Roma. Na rua principal tem várias facilidades, restaurantes, sorvete, mercado próximo… Minha estadia foi em junho, próximo ao inicio do verão, e a casa recebe sol da tarde, porém havia ventiladores disponíveis e as noites estavam agradáveis. Foi uma ótima experiência. Grazie mille Gianluca!

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben alles gut zu Fuß oder mit Bus und Bahn erreicht. ein sehr netter Gastgeber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sara was very friendly and welcoming to her apartment! Her place was very beautiful, clean and modern, located just a quick drive from the airport.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

קלאודיה נהדרת , מגיבה עוזרת ועונה לכל שאלה. הדירה מקסימה ביופייה והרגשנו ממש בנוח ובבית. היה הפתרון המושלם שלנו אחרי נחיתה בשעת לילה מאוחרת. תודה רבה נהננו מאוד מהמקום הנפלא

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Le Airbnb correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. L'hôte est très réactive et gentille, elle nous a même proposé d'envoyer Maria, la femme de ménager nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous y amener, pour une modique somme. Le cadre est vraiment sympa, mais très loin du centre-ville de Rome. Il faut compter environ 1H30 de transport pour se rendre dans un quelconque lieu touristique. Mais cela permet d'être plus tranquille. Je recommande !!

Daniele was a fantastic host!! We enjoyed the gorgeous beach and the wonderful accommodations!! Daniele could not have been more considerate and helpful. He enhanced our stay with his recommendations and willingness to help with transportation. I give this stay Five out of Five stars!!!

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Wonderful, comfortable little apartment in the heart of Rome, walkable to all the sights and lots of restaurants and shops literally just a minute away. The AC worked great and the private terrace was so nice! I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here while stopping off in Rome! Host was very helpful and happily allowed us to check in early so we could go and explore the city.

The apartment is warmly and tastefully furnished, has a big bathroom and free parking on the premises. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing that the host truly cares about the comfort of their guests. Everything you might need is available (coffie pads, mineral water, olive oil, a small basket with local cookies, crepers, candies, plenty of towels- high quality ). There is a small working place for laptops. But the most important thing for us was the exceptional cleanliness - everything was spotless, which made us feel immediately at ease. Communication with the host was very easy and clear; he was always responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my headphones behind (we were rushing to catch our flight), and the host reached out to let me know. He even helped arrange for them to be sent to my friend in Rome. I’m deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host!

Tuvimos una estadía cómoda y tranquila. Todo limpio y equipado con todo lo que alguien que esta buscando como para sentirse en casa. Si bien queda a 1 hora de viaje de Roma el acceso es fácil desde la estación Termini desde donde se toma el metro para hacer todo el recorrido turístico. También hay opción de acceso en bus. Buena relación costo-beneficio. Los anfitriones muy atentos.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

The location was perfect and walking distance to get to the most famous spots in Rome. Upon arrival at the Rome airport, they went above and beyond by arranging a private taxi. The apartment had everything we needed and the outside overlooking the garden was fantastic for relaxing after a long day of touring.
