Beautiful apartment on the 4th floor with exceptional 180° views of the mountain and its slopes. Located at the highest point of the Valmeinier resort in a small 3-star residence, "Le Chamois" building, it will allow you to ski out. Access to an outdoor heated pool only in summer. Ski locker in the private basement. Laundry on the ground floor of the residence, At the foot of the residence, various shops: Carrefour Market, ski rental stores, package purchase, ESF school and restaurants…

Ideally located between the municipalities of Valloire and Valmeinier, the "Joli Lancine" is a beautiful and comfortable detached chalet in a small hamlet. Carefully renovated in 2022. Enjoy its south-facing terrace, very sunny. In winter, it has quick access to the slopes thanks to free shuttles, Galibier-Thabor ski area (160 km of slopes). In summer it is at the start of hikes, and will give you the opportunity to climb the Col du Télégraphe or the Col du Galibier.

The apartment is on the same level as the station, so no stairs to take to get to the snow front. Long L-shaped balcony, sun from morning to night. Warm atmosphere and chalet spirit for this apartment renovated in January 2017. Stone, old wood, oak parquet and neat decoration will make you feel in the mountains inside and out.
