Whether you are a fan of downhill skiing or snowboarding, the Galibier Thabor ski area and its 160 km of slopes between Valmeinier and Valloire will enchant you. Skiing in Valmeinier is also the guarantee of having an incredible panorama from the slopes. Once you have reached 2,000 meters in altitude, look up to admire the spectacular Aiguilles d'Arves in the distance.

You will be charmed by the view of the valley and the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
