We offer two beautiful apartments on our historic, meticulously renovated farm. Both of them feature the perfect mix between tradition and modern convenience and style. Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. The light-flooded 40m² vacation apartment Ciasa Silvia is located in San Martino in Badia (Sankt Martin in Thurn), a small community in northern Italy's South Tyrol region. The ground floor vacation apartment consists of a living room with sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. An additional bed can be added to bring the max capacity to 5 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi and satellite television.

The central location of the apartment is the perfect starting point for ski and mountain adventures in the surrounding Dolomites and ski resorts (Kronplatz, Alta Badia, Gitschberg, Speikboden and Antholz/Biathlon). The village center with shops, bars and restaurants is within walking distance. Our apartment is located directly on the Pustertal cycle path.

The cottage (70 sqm) is located at 1000 m with dairy farming. Quiet single location. Comfortably furnished, large terrace, barbecue, infrared sauna. Good starting point for mountain tours in the Dolomites, ski/hiking area Plose Brixen and Bolzano are easily accessible by bus/train. The Lüsner Alm offers great excursion destinations. The cottage is good for couples, families with kids. Pets are welcome. Breakfast, bread service, fresh eggs and milk will be provided on request.
