The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

The apartment is in a 1800s house that has been renovated over the years. This is a typical place with a wood-burning stove, the floors like the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Independent entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. Public transportation stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify the four foot friend when booking.

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggia Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at 1000 m altitude. In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom and has a great garden.
