This is a great house built from Granite from Grandfather mountain. There has been an addition of a 500 sf Great room that is fantastic. Nice open Living and Dining area with fireplace. There is a large unfinished basement with laundry and a garage. Sits on an acre lot on a curve overlooking the mountainside with a lot of privacy. Located just a few miles from ASU campus. We require renters be at least 25 years old. Outside cameras in use. Rent stated is for up to 4 ppl. Add for more.
