Great apartment, with lots of little details. The apartment looks like the photos. The view of the sea is very nice. Check-in was straightforward and the apartment was very easy to find. There is a parking space right outside the door. I definitely recommend the place.

Amazing apartment with fantastic frescos. It was like being in a fairytale. Beautiful. Giovanni accommodates our late arrival and gave us clear directions on where we could park. Highly recommend if you are interested in history and want to explore Florence and Pisa but not stay in a touristy location. The people in the town were very nice and helpful. A gentleman sitting in front of the apartment escorted us to the little mini market across the street and made recommendations. The woman in the shop was also very pleasant and helpful.

Great for those who wish to explore unexplored italy while being closer to pisa/florence

We stayed at Giovanna's house for the first time. We immediately felt immediately comfortable. You can tell that a lot of love has been put into the house. We will be happy to come back.
