Large and quiet apartment, great location in Campinas.

Caio's space is identical to the photos, very comfortable, new, clean, well equipped. The reception and parking were well attended by the reception and parking. It is possible to have coffee and lunch in the building. We had a problem with a stove and Caio soon provided us with a solution 😊

I would like to thank Luiz for his hospitality, care, care and zeal for my stay. I really was able to feel at home throughout the 2 months I stayed at the place. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, Luiz made sure to even leave a song in the room to make the experience even more enjoyable. In addition, it had the proactivity of buying some basic foods for myself, since I would stay there for a few days. As for the location, the apartment is on a very commercial street, right in the center of Campinas, with everything close by. The boring one is just the number of homeless people at night, which was a little unpleasant. Another bit of a bit boring was the issue of the tub drain, which is in trouble and takes a while to get the water down. In short, it was an extremely positive experience and I highly recommend Luiz and the apartment!

The apartment is very complete, family atmosphere, everything was very clean and organized. The location is good.

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

Third time at Hopi Hari and second time at the house, it became our reference house when we want to go to the park. In addition to being close to the park (about 20 minutes by car), it is also close to the capital, just over 1 hour. It has a very good square in front of the condominium, with a soccer/basketball court, with a market on Saturday mornings. The condominium is calm and safe. Close to two pharmacies, markets and a bus station. Sebastian, like the other time we stayed, was very kind and attentive, always responding quickly to communications. We have nothing but praise for the hospitality! Thank you very much and see you next time!

The kitnet is very cozy, with full kitchen, furniture looking new, has a large bathroom with a good shower. The location is also very good, close to the center with easy access to bars, restaurants and markets. And Samuel (host) always very cordial and helpful, with several touring tips and a good knowledge of the region. I recommend hosting!

We had a wonderful experience at Bruna's home in Vineyard! From the beginning, we were very well received and felt at home. The property is spacious, with a charming outdoor area and a pool perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The house is well equipped, with several comfortable rooms, ideal for those looking for quiet and practicality. I, my wife Erika and our dogs enjoyed every moment. The structure is also excellent for those who travel with pets — they had as much fun as we did! Bruna was super attentive and available throughout the stay, which made all the difference. Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.
