The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Modern, beautiful, has a great interior design, is comfortable and well equipped. It is well located - it is close to main roads and access to other regions of the city is very easy. The view is very beautiful. The bed, sofa and chairs are all very comfortable. On the not-so-good side, the garage door takes time to open and communication with Leonel was laconic - he only answers what is necessary.

I took a work trip and would stay at this place again. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos, it has all the basic amenities, it was very clean, the shower is great. I note that the bedroom has no air conditioning, only the living room. It is located in the center of Campinas but there is a lot of commerce in the surroundings, so it did not seem like a dangerous area. Dia supermarket, cafeteria, pharmacy, gym, all within walking distance. The building has a gym but it is extremely basic and has bad equipment, I recommend using the neighborhood gym that has a promotional price for those who are on Airbnb. Easy to communicate with the hosts.

Very well-maintained apartment, with a lot of care, well-equipped, modern, very clean, affectionate messages and very pleasant. The simple condominium in a building with several blocks and stairs but great access by app that we requested, especially for those who would like to stay near the airport. Only when we left, we were more attentive because there is no doorman and we were outside waiting for Uber and we did not know the area but Uber arrived soon.
