Farm in a quiet and pleasant location! Well-appointed independent house! Two bedrooms with double beds. The house is complete with clean, fragrant bedding, table linens, and bath towels! The kitchen, living room and laundry room are also fully equipped! There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and I leave bottles of water for the guests' arrival. There are fans in the bedrooms and living room! In the bathroom, you will find toilet paper and soap, and clean towels for all guests! The house is simple, without luxury, but clean and comfortable for those looking for tranquility!

Close to the Valinhos, Campinas and Itatiba exits and easy access to the Dom Pedro highway. The night with a heated Jacuzzi is our distinguishing characteristic! The small building has 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 beds (1 single and 1 double), a full bathroom, and another bedroom with 1 bed, a small office, a gourmet area, a video game space, and a laundry room. Residential neighborhood, very wooded and quiet.
