I had a super smooth and enjoyable experience. The apartment is great, well located and very comfortable. Throughout the stay, there was no disturbance with noises, which greatly contributed to the rest. All the residents and staff of the building were very polite, and the host was extremely helpful from the beginning, always attentive and ready to help with whatever was needed. I felt very welcome and safe in the place. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those looking for comfort, peace and quiet, and attentive service!

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

I only stayed 1 day, but it was undoubtedly the best stay I could have chosen. Giovanna was very understanding, she managed to adjust my check-in and when I needed it, she responded promptly. The location is exactly as described and is close to an avenue with several shops.

My hosting experience was excellent. The place is peaceful, spacious and extremely clean, it met my needs well. I loved the residential area, close to the Campinas Center and nearby shops, a quiet neighborhood. The host was very kind and polite. I was able to enjoy a relaxing and ecological bath thanks to the solar heating of the water, and the use of the electric shower was also available, as explained by Samuel, indispensable after the arrival of a long journey. The room is very comfortable with a smart TV, ceiling fan and a comfortable bed with a mattress and impeccable sheets. I had access to the internet to talk to my family and friends. The kitchen is complete, I didn't miss any items, I felt at home. I'll definitely come back again, great place! The laundry room is equipped with a new washing machine, iron, ironing board and cleaning supplies. The price was very affordable, the best value for money in Campinas. I will return and recommend it.

Sibele is amazing! It helped me last minute, it was super solicitation, the room is simply but very neat! Me and my husband went only to spend two nights because we would go to laroc and it was sensational!! The unica resalva is not to have a minibar for water to drink in the morning, maaas a sibele super requests then we put it in her refrigerator. But out of that, incredibly amazing!! I will return more times
