Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Surronded by other gardened properties, in an area of protected mansions and historical gardens. The villa is plenty of natural light and wonderful views to the neighboring gardens.

Supermarket at 2 minutes and restaurants and bars at less than 1 minutes!

La Casa Azul es una vivienda típica del Barrio del Cabañal, completamente reformada que te ofrece una estancia cómoda. Dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción en toda la casa, ubicada en una calle peatonal, brindando tranquilidad y privacidad. Su ubicación, facilita una excelente conexión con el centro de Valencia, con servicios de autobuses frecuentes. También es ideal para quienes trabajan en el puerto, ya que permite acceder rápidamente a las instalaciones portuarias.

My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventure seekers, business travelers and families (with kids). Spectacular attic in front of Miguelete; the location is unbeatable. We have wooden beams, underfloor heating, air conditioning, terrace with view of the domes of the cathedral.

Nuestro apartamento en sencillo y humilde pero ofrece todas las comodidades para venir a pasar unos días tranquilos con tu familia. Aceptamos humanos siempre que sean respetuosos y tranquilos. Los animales son nuestra debilidad y esperamos que estén como en casa. Tenemos un balcón dónde tus humanos y tú podréis tomar un refrigerio después de un día largo de hacer turismo por la ciudad.
