Beautiful 50m2 flat on the third floor with no elevator of a historic and protected building. With high ceilings and wide windows that allow to be a very light floor, it is composed of a spacious living room, dining room and integrated kitchen, completely open. In the living room, you will find the TV with Netflix and WIFI, ideal for disconnecting after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic stove, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine), if you prefer to eat at home. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils, in addition to toaster, capsule coffee maker, toy, and kettle. A large bedroom with a double bed (135cmx190cm) and its large bathroom with shower and with everything you need, such as a set of towels, hair dryer, shampoo and bath gel. A travel crib is available at no additional cost upon request. The building does not have common areas. We welcome our guests personally, we love to welcome and give details about the apartment as about the city. We want you to feel at home! We will be happy to advise you and resolve any unforeseen circumstances before and during the stay. Once they're our guests, we'll be available as many times as needed. Located in the historic downtown of Valencia, a few meters from most of the most relevant and tourist sites in the city, such as Plaza de La Virgen (350m), Plaza de La Reina (210m), the Cathedral (200m), La Lonja de la Seda and Central Market (200m). You will live in the heart of Valencia, full of life and movement, you can enjoy the charm of the city, its streets, its monuments and its cheerful life. The magnificent location allows us to be well connected, all transports pass through the Plaza de La Reina where they take us for example to La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes or the beach of Valencia. Getting around on foot or by bike is a great option, as everything is close to the apartment. If you come by car, only 200m away is the public parking of La Plaza de la Reina, in the heart of the city. Quiet and at the same time, you'll find all the vibrancy of the city. Our space is a typically Valencian old house, restored and transformed into four apartments: -Two on the ground floor:A and B, with their corresponding terraces. -Two on the first floor: C, with a large terrace as well, and D, with a nice balcony, BOTH OF THEM (C AND D) ARE ACCESSED THROUGH STAIRS. At the entrance of the house there is a common area with a washing machine and dryer, for use by all guests, ( soap provided) as well as cleaning utensils. The apartments are OPEN PLAN, and consist of several areas, a little more secluded, the double bed area, then the kitchen and office area, and then the living room area with a large sofa bed and TV, which opens onto the large terrace or the balcony. The house, despite being in the city, is on a very quiet street and is perfect to relax after an intense day of sightseeing in the beautiful city of Valencia. The apartments are completely new, fully equipped, and made with great care, always thinking about the well-being of our guests. We hope you have a great stay!
