Hermoso piso de 50m2 en la tercera planta sin ascensor de un edificio histórico y protegido. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! Estaremos encantados de aconsejarlos y de resolver cualquier imprevisto antes y durante la estadía. Una vez que sean nuestros huéspedes, estaremos disponibles las veces que sea necesario. Situado en el centro histórico de Valencia, a unos metros de la mayoría de los sitios más relevantes y turísticos de la ciudad, como la Plaza de La Virgen (350m), la Plaza de La Reina (210m), la Catedral (200m), La Lonja de la Seda y Mercado Central (200m). Vivirás en el corazón del Valencia, llena de vida y movimiento, podrás disfrutar del encanto de la cuidad, sus calles, sus monumentos y su vida alegre. La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. Con gusto los aconsejaremos.

Located on the ground floor (first floor in the U.S.), the apartment has a SPACIOUS AND NICE TERRACE. Our space is a typically Valencian old house, restored and transformed into four apartments: -Two on the ground floor (first floor in USA): A and B, with their corresponding terraces. -Two on the first floor (second floor in USA): C, with a large terrace as well, and D, with a nice balcony, BOTH OF THEM (C AND D) ARE ACCESSED THROUGH STAIRS. The apartments are OPEN PLAN, and consist of several areas, a little more secluded, the double bed area, then the kitchen and office area, and then the living room area with a large sofa bed and TV, which opens onto the large terrace or the balcony. The king size bed adds extra comfort to our loft. We hope you have a great stay!
