Beach house vacation rentals in Valencia

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

Nice appartment, close to the beach. Bus and metro in the close proximity to get you to the city. Great location for a weekend in Valencia.

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

Great apartment in a great location - the host was very communicative and helpful!

Spacious, neat and bright apartment. Three bedrooms equipped with all the necessary furniture for a comfortable stay. Totally independent. A few meters away is the beach, as well as Carrefour and restaurants. Quiet and quiet area. Angel was very attentive to our arrival, stay and departure. My mom forgot her glasses and Angel very kindly arranged to get them back quickly. Very grateful, everything was great.

Beautiful place and amenities Host was always ready to answer our queries. Supermarket was a few steps down the street. Close to bus stops to the main city sights. Beach 3 blocks walking distance.

The stay at the villa was great. The house exceeds all the expectations that the photographs create. It's incredibly prettier being there than in the photos. The sunsets were a luxury. On Friday we were able to use the barbecue overlooking the sea and it was amazing. Having breakfast every day on that terrace with those views filled your spirit. Thank you very much to Mario and his wife for always responding so quickly and for their kindness. The house was spotless and the stay was perfect.

The house is in a great location - very near the beach and well connected by bus to the centre, but in a nice and quiet family friendly area. The pool and outside space is brilliant too!

It was wonderful staying here. All of our party walked away feeling relaxed, happy and content. Paula was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and we wish we’d stayed longer. Views are stunning, house beautiful and we can’t believe how lucky we were.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

top cottage! Our plane was delayed but that was no problem because immediately when we were there we were well received. Clean and tidy and great environment. Everything is easily accessible by taxi , bike or foot. Recommended!

what we and our children (8 and 10 years) enjoyed our stay! everything was great: the great location, clean accommodation with all comforts. the pool and garden are great, but especially the extraordinary hospitality of Ellen! we didn't want to leave at all and miss Ellen, the dogs and the location already...

We were very comfortable, the house is as described and is in a very quiet area. Our host, Antonio, was very kind and attentive to all the questions we asked him. highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

fantastic apartment with charming floors made of old tiles, high ceilings, a single floor with a balcony facing the sea and a terrace on the other side. We were so comfortable in the living room that we didn't go out as much as usual. The area is perfect for dining and walking out at night. The Arenas Hotel Spa is very close. We have enjoyed it so much, thank you for these wonderful days.

A wonderful place to stay on our visit .

The place itself is cosy and safe. Nazaret has really great connections into town. The air-conditioning in the apartment makes the stay really comfortable and the kitchen is functioning well.

Perfect for a short stay in Valencia. Great to be close to the beach and amazing restaurants but also a short stop away from the city proper. Just as described, a great getaway with beautiful terrace to enjoy.
