La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. El apartamento es realmente especial por su localización y porque el buen gusto está presente en todos los rincones. Como está en una calle peatonal es bastante tranquilo pese a estar en el centro. El gran espejo de la zona de estar proyecta la imagen de parte de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento en su interior y aporta gran luminosidad. Es el sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Valencia sin renunciar a la tranquilidad El apartamento tiene ascensor, y un pequeño balconcito con una mesa y dos sillas. El huésped puede preguntarnos por cualquier servicio como niñera, limpieza, cocinero en casa...y le informaremos gustosamente sobre cualquier servicio disponible en la ciudad, incluyendo todo tipo de actividades deportivas (tenís, golf, surf...)
