House vacation rentals in Valencia

The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

At check-in, we had to wait about 45 minutes because the cleaning was delayed. The previous guests were later with the checkout. A few times we would be visited by cockroaches in the upper bathroom. It seems to be an invasion of the area, my friends living there told me. The annoying thing was that in the evening the power outage was always busy preparing dinner. The network is overloaded with the air conditioners, stove, TV and all appliances. Otherwise, we and our young people were very satisfied in the accommodation. Netflix and Playstation available. We stayed in the region for the 4th time and find it beautiful.

Wish I could give this place 6 stars!!! We stay in places all over the world and this is def at the top of our list! Ellen is the BEST host ever. So helpful and friendly. 10/10! Our kids loved the pool and beach! Wonderful location, we’ll be back!

An excellent experience! Everything was very clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. The location is perfect and quiet. The hosts were super friendly and helpful at all times, always available to help or answer any questions. They made us feel right at home. I definitely recommend it and would love to go back.

We had a great time at Sergio's house in L'Eliana. In fact the photos of the property don't really do it justice. It was actually larger than I thought from the photos. On a very quiet road, with off street parking, it felt both safe and peaceful. The facilities in the property were excellent. The kitchen/diner and main bedroom stand out. The kitchen was smart, clean and had all the gadgets we needed. It was also bright and had a large area for dining (there is also an inside and outside dining area as well!). The main bedroom is huge! Well heated (it was early Feb during our stay) with completely dark shutters, a giant bed, and a walk in wardrobe. It also had an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi! In terms of location, we had a hire car and drove everyday. the walk into L'Eliana whilst not long, is also not a short walk, especially with little ones. However, L'Eliana itself had everything we needed to support our stay.

Our stay at Maria's was simply great! Even before arrival, communication was super friendly and helpful. She provided us with all the important information and was always quickly available. The place was exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable from the first moment. We particularly liked the lounge outside to relax. In addition, the accommodation is fully equipped, you have everything you need, from the air fryer to the vacuum cleaner. Maria was a wonderful host: warm, accommodating and hospitable. You can tell that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at The Blue Diamond villa in Valencia with a group of 8 friends, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa is absolutely stunning and ultra-luxurious, if we were relaxing by the pool, cooking together in the beautiful kitchen, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings, everything felt just right. A special mention goes to Alberto, the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. This was, without a doubt, one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

It was wonderful staying here. All of our party walked away feeling relaxed, happy and content. Paula was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and we wish we’d stayed longer. Views are stunning, house beautiful and we can’t believe how lucky we were.

We had some issues trying to get in to the house but Alexandra was very helpful and always answered when we had questions. We could not have asked for a better house, we loved the terrace and four bathrooms is definitely a plus when six girls are living together. The area was very homely and peaceful but still close to all the places we wanted to visit.

We stayed in this apartment with a group of 8 friends and we had a great time. The house is very beautiful, with attention to detail and very clean, perfect for a stay with friends. Although we did not meet the owner in person, she was always available and punctual in answering our questions, which we greatly appreciated. The location is a bit out of the center, but easily accessible: about 15 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport.

A nice house that is also for sale. Only 15 minutes by car from Valencia. Pool is illuminated at night, which creates a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!

Photos undersell this place. Check-in was great with Jose Manuel giving us inside tips on where to go. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 - including a 6 month old baby. Felt very safe, the playground was very appreciated by our 5 year old. The cafe FOUR was a perfect stop every morning. The Cabanyal market is just as good as the central market, but smaller and has a good sized supermarket next to it. Cabanyal has some character to it, but it’s so accessible and feels so safe, that it’s charming. The AC in the place was cold and we appreciated the washing machine. A couple notes, it doesn’t have a clothes dryer, but has a private patio with a drying rack that works and it also doesn’t have a dishwasher. We ate out 70% of the time and it wasn’t bad. Also, there is natural light, but it’s not super bright. On the whole, this place was perfect for us, even during the relatively long stay. I would gladly go back or refer a family member.

Excellent stay, quiet and relaxing especially after a day of walking in Valencia. We were able to enjoy all the equipment available to us. Even if a vehicle is necessary for visits, we are not far from the city of Valencia (1/2 hour). Our host is very responsive which is nice. We would recommend this listing.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Layla is a 10-star host along with her husband. Flexibility at both check-in and check-out. We loved the house, it was peaceful. we would repeat no question.

Estela and Aurora are charming, very helpful and friendly. The house is spectacular, the tranquility, the land, the barbecue... we have disconnected a lot with our 1 year old who has enjoyed the pool and running on the lawn. The house is also great but there are some old appliances, and the beds did not seem particularly comfortable. Renovating some details of the house (furniture/appliances) and the beds (+ pillows), it would be an absolute 10!

The house is very worthwhile, it is larger than what you see in the photos, the pool is great and the arrival process is very comfortable.

Pleasant large family house with cozy rooms and a beautiful view of Valencia. We felt right at home. A plus is the large terrace by the pool, directly from the kitchen and from the living space. Very pleasant helpful and charming owners. If necessary, they are quickly available for info and tips. A 25-minute drive will take you to Valencia city center quickly and easily. Had a great stay!
