Everything is great. The location is excellent to spend a few days in Valencia, quiet area, 10/10 apartment, very clean, quiet, nice and Jose's service at all times is great. Highly recommended and we'll be back when we go to Valencia.

Really great apartment - exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and comfortable for the 6 weeks we stayed there. Super easy and close to the old town and easily walkable to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend. Like the other reviews have said, there is no lift and it’s 4 flights of stairs but you get used to it very quickly!

I had the pleasure of staying in Jorge’s loft for two weeks. From the very beginning, Jorge and his wife were incredibly attentive and kind. They were always quick to respond to any question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay. The loft itself is calm, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless—it’s clear that great care goes into keeping the place in perfect condition. I slept very well every night, which says a lot about both the comfort of the space and the peacefulness of the area. The location is another major highlight: you’re just a short walk from the stunning Turia Park and also close to the beach, which makes it easy to enjoy both nature and city life. It truly felt like the perfect base for exploring Valencia while also having a tranquil place to unwind. Warm, responsive hosts + an ideal location + a clean and quiet space = the perfect stay. Eva was an amazing and super friendly host and truly made me feel welcome! She provided lots of tips on places to visit which was much appreciated. The apartment was adorable and just like described. Location was 10/10, felt close to everything! Highly recommend!
