Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

Javier was a very responsive host, always providing clear instructions for check in and any other questions that came up. Overall our stay was very nice. The location cannot be better, and having a parking spot in the city center is a luxury. House was well stocked with cleaning and other items.

The location is ideal for someone who wants to visit the center of Valencia. The house is good for staying. Tana is very customer experienced and supportive to his customers. Whatever I wanted Tana threated extremely well and I really appreciated that. For me that's the most important.

In an incredible area, great flat with a nice terrace if you don’t mind ducking through a window. Definitely plan to maximize time outside the flat or commit to climbing 5 flights of stairs one way quite often ;)

This apartment was great. The location is great, 2 minutes from the beach and next to Mercabanal, where you can eat very well and cozily. The metro and bus are almost in front of the door, and other restaurants and supermarket are also within walking distance. You can park the car in front of the door, there is always plenty of space. The apartment meets everything. Beautiful space with large terrace. The kitchen has everything to (possibly) cook. Rooms are large enough and you can cozily eat on the terrace. Javier is a top host. He is relaxed and very friendly, he comes himself to hand over the keys and explains everything. He also responds quickly via app. If I go to Valencia again, I will definitely book this again.

Meike and Jose are great hosts, very proactive with tons of recommendations. The flat is excellent, everything works well, great AC, hot water, wifi, all great, and while being in a busy area, it is very quiet at night. The location is excellent, easily walkable to everything in the center and Turia Park, while being just a few streets away from the super busy area. I would absolutely stay again.

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great host, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good gastronomy is (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, there is no dishwasher. However, dishwashing utensils are also provided. Upon entering the apartment for the first time, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, would definitely come back anytime 🥰👍

Spacious apartment, very well stocked with essentials (shopping mall only 5-min walk away), very convenient location near Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencas, and transit options. Really appreciated that Reyes, the host, came to greet in person and gave us a walk around of the apartment. Something rare on Airbnb these days... She also helped us book a taxi on our departure day. Muchas gracias!

We were delighted with the place, the beach a few minutes away on foot and we were able to use the pool as well. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and clean. Everything is excellent 😃

The apartment was pristine and spotlessly clean, very spacious and really well stocked with tea coffee and cleaning essentials which was really convenient and made our stay extra comfortable. Ambrosia was really helpful and provided lots of local recommendations. Overall it was a fantastic experience I would highly recommend!

Natalia’s place is wonderful. Great location, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, coffee shop all walkable. Tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outside space. Great for families and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen — home from home feel. If you want to see Valencia you need a car. Natalia was an excellent host (one of the best we’ve experienced) and gave faultless recommendations! We will be going back.

Ideal base for a vacation where you want to combine city and beach! Very nice and complete apartment just 5 minutes walk from Patacona beach. A spacious, nice and reasonably quiet beach, where especially many locals also come. Eating places on the beach and some in the neighborhood. In the summer, there will be a few more beach bars (chiringuito's). Cozy atmosphere! For a visit to the city, you can use public transportation (especially bus, which runs very regularly and nearby, travel time 45-60 minutes to the city center). However, we rented bicycles for us with our daughter on the back. So we had all the time and flexibility. It is nice to cycle to the city center along the boulevards of the beaches of Valencia and through the Turiapark. Also count on 45-60 min travel time (without stops). There are many bike paths and reasonably well marked in Valencia. And the city is flat. Cycling is really fun and very easy to do from the apartment. We put the bikes in the underground garage.

The apartment is very nice, the beds were very comfortable, everybody slept very well. The location of the apartment is perfect - for sightseeing, transportation, dining. I recommend the place to everybody.

Superb stay, location is right in the centre but in a nice quiet area. The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures and Elena was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and also sorting a cot and highchair for the little one. Anything we needed she was super helpful. Perfect stay for friends and families!

We had a lovely stay! The location is perfect, all the fun hotspots are within walking distance. The cottage is clean and equipped with every comfort. The communication with Pepa is very nice, we were allowed to enter the cottage earlier which was very nice. The bed is small, 135cm wide. No problem for us because there was also a sofa bed in the living room! We enjoyed it.

Eva was an amazing and super friendly host and truly made me feel welcome! She provided lots of tips on places to visit which was much appreciated. The apartment was adorable and just like described. Location was 10/10, felt close to everything! Highly recommend!

It’s right in the middle of the old town, yet it’s very quiet and with a fantastic top floor terrace. Would particularly recommend the apartment to families with young kids as it had all the necessary equipment and some extra toys too. Victor is super-helpful and responsive.

Jose was a great host. He communicated well and met us at the door to assist us up to the apartment. We were within 15 mins walk of everything that we needed

We had a great week staying at Maria's place and would love to return! After initial small hitch finding the correct entrance to the property (only due to google maps being incorrect) we contacted Maria who immediately came out to meet us and welcome us inside. Maria very kindly let us leave our luggage as we arrived before check in time, and provided us with many tips & suggestions for activities & dining options. The apartment suited us perfectly! There are plenty of restaurants/ tapas bars around & only a 1km walk to the beautiful Old Town. Great public transport options with a metro station just outside and plenty of buses as well. Thoroughly loved Valencia being a great mix as is perfectly located to the coast. Thanks Maria for an awesome stay!😊

We had an awesome stay! Maria was a fantastic host - always responsive, provided loads of amazing recommendations and let us check in slightly earlier. The location was adorable - fun area to walk around and snap photos and just a few minutes from the beach on foot. Getting into central Valencia was super easy from the location. Aircon worked fantastically, shower water pressure was good, washing machine was great - everything was wonderful! I would stay here again!
