Apartment has 100 m2 and it is situated in the house that has 3 more apartmants. In the apartman there are 2 bedroom (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) living room (with kautch on witch can sleep 2 person) , kitchen and bathroom . terrace is cca. 25 m2 big, modern interior. You can expect an very pleseant area for spending your vacation, the apartment is 50 m from restaurant, 400 m from the supermarket, 400 m from beach, 1000 m from center of the city, 300m from bus station. Valbandon is a tourist town located on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and the “Bi Village” camp, this is the perfect destination for families with children. Also, the vicinity of the Brijuni National Park, consisting of 13 small and 2 large islands, make it an attractive tourist destination. Brijuni National Park is one of the most beautiful national phenomena where you can experience the fantastic cohesion of human, plant and animal life. Valbandon offers a special advantage for small children in its long pebble beaches which are ideal for children’s play, while the thick pine tree forest guarantees fresh air in the hot summer days.

Do malog mjesta Fažana imate 5 min autom.Tamo imate restorane,ljekarnu, market,i razne vrste ljetne zabave. Do Pule autom za 20min.Stan je u blizini prometne ceste. Lovely apartment with a perfect location

Your family will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located accommodation. This is a newly renovated accommodation with one of Fazana's best locations. The sea/beach, you have a few meters in front of you, you will also find the fazana playground a few steps away from the apartment, there is also a small outdoor gym that is for the public. Outside is the promenade that leads towards the center of Fazana, where there is plenty of different restaurant options.

The apartment is located in Valbandon, in the municipality of Fažana. Surrounded by beautiful nature. It is located near a beautiful sunny rocky beach. The apartment is modernly built and includes new furniture and appliances. Outside there is a swimming pool 40m2, barbecue and outdoor kitchen with gazebo. We have a trampoline for the kids. The beach is a 4-minute walk away. The apartment is 4 km away from the city of Pula, 2 km from Fažana.

Behind the house there is a garden where you can relax or make a barbeque with friends or family. Be aware that when you are in the nature you can also be a meal for mosquitos. 😊 So make sure to use a repellent. Last but not least, free parking is in front of the house.
