The villa offers private use of a 620 m² enclosed plot with a beautifully landscaped garden and a pool (9x4 m, 140 cm deep, with internal steps), an outdoor shower, and sun loungers. Enjoy the spacious 40 m² terrace equipped with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Children can have fun at the playground.

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Kuća je dobro opremljena sa svime što je potrebno za ljetovanje. Pored kuće imamo i vanjski tuš i još jednu prostoriju za peglanje i još jedan wc! kuća se nalazi na mirnom mjestu okružena zelenilom!

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
