The place is just a few minutes by car from the ski slopes and the most suggestive hiking trails that can be covered in the Dolomites.

The house that is equipped with everything you need, has two pellet stoves, one in the large entrance and the other in the living room that optimally heat the environment; the price also includes two bags of pellets per day. For guests who booked before 09/26/2024, UTILITIES WILL BE SEPARATE (electricity and heating) and must be paid upon departure.

From the house in 15 minutes you are at the Alleghe or Falcade ski lifts. There is also a rock gym in the municipality: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".

Venice and the surrounding beaches can be reached in about > 100 km.
