An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

Borgo Stramare between Valdobbiadene and Segusino

Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically surrounded by greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Located in a quiet area, away from main roads, but with basic necessities in the immediate vicinity. Val di Zoldo Ski Resort is 10 minutes away. Cortina, Sellaronda, Arabba–Marmolada, Tre Cime, Lake Sorapis and Alpe di Siusi can be reached in a day. In summer, there is trekking for everyone, mountain huts that are also accessible by car, and mountaineering on Pelmo, Civetta, and Moiazza.

Located on the Duran Pass road, it is easily accessible and close to both the center of Forno di Zoldo and the ski slopes of the Civetta area. A few minutes away are all the essential services such as groceries, fruit and vegetables, post offices, banks, bars, etc...
