Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Vail

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

Our stay in Breck was great! The house is in a perfect location if you want to be in a very walkable neighborhood and close to main street! It was also so helpful to have a baby crib and chair available for us to use for our toddler! Great communication and overall a great experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

This cabin was incredible! We used it for a girl’s weekend for a group of 12 and it was the perfect place. It’s clear how thoughtfully curated this cabin was. It’s beautifully decorated AND functional - it had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us and we all enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite part was seeing a little fox friend who came to visit us each day! The location is great as well. We loved the little town of Alma and its food truck, coffee shop, and Almart convenience store. We drove into Breck for a hike and lunch and it was a super easy trip. Thank you, Kasey for your hospitality - we hope to be back again!

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!

Great place for a ski vacation. Close to Breck and short drive to tons of restaurants. Place is cozy and amazing views from the living room window.

Very attentive, thoughtful space. Very clean, organized, well supplied and welcoming (without any excess clutter). Felt right at home immediately and the space was larger than I expected. The comfortable mattresses were appreciated. Exceptional location with less than a 10 minute walk to Main Street. I would definitely consider staying again.

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Great place to stay!! Was very walkable to Vail Village/ base of mountain for skiing/snowboarding and Ford Park if you are attending for a concert!! Area was very safe. Jon was a great host and very responsive when needed!!

This is one of the best rentals we have experienced. Sandy is an exceptional, gracious and thoughtful host. Her attention to detail in making her guests feel at home...incredible! It starts when you walk in and are welcomed with a basket filled with goodies. The condo has views of the mountains, is beautifully decorated, immaculate, with comfy beds and sofa, fluffy towels and guest robes! The private shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts was greatly appreciated, as well as the locker area for ski storage. We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

We loved staying at the cabin. Is not even 5 min drive to Main Street. The place was very clean and the cabin is stunning. Only think I would advise is check some windows lockers but no complaints.

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

Amazing house and location! The house description is accurate, would highly recommend to rent and we will definitely want to stay again. Close to downtown Breck and lots of outdoor activities. Bonus - we saw multiple moose in the area during our stay.

Beautiful location & home. My only complaint was it got very hot upstairs bedroom. I could not figure out how to use ceiling fan without light on.

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

Booked this for a girls trip and absolutely loved it. The home has mountain views from every room. The home is clearly crafted with love, it is very old but everything is updated and the space is used well. Host was clear there was only one bathroom but that was not an issue for us. The spot is quiet, we enjoyed the hot tub and watching the stars at night. I would come back in a heartbeat
