House vacation rentals in Vail

The most beautiful home set back in a private cove atop the mountain. The home was in pristine condition and had all the amenities our family of 10 needed. Heated floors, hot tub, pool table and plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and more. The house has many bells and whistles, too many to list! The property is about a 10 minute drive from Main Street and Peak 8 ski lifts. I will say Ubers were a bit hard to get if needed, especially if you need one for more than 4 people. If you need an airport shuttle, I cannot say enough great things about Summit Express, they went above and beyond! Overall, this property was excellent with great communication from the owners. We will definitely be back!

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s about 1/2 mile to town downhill so the walk back is uphill. This is doable if you’re relatively fit. Otherwise, parking (paid) was plentiful around town. There are some pretty trails from the neighborhood road leading to close to downtown which is nice to avoid streets and be more in nature. The views and pretty neighborhood are great and preferable to being nearer to downtown. We saw moose in the neighborhood one morning as well as fox.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Vail during our winter ski trip! The house is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views and a cozy yet spacious design that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it easy to cook meals after long days on the slopes. One of the best parts of our stay was the outdoor hot tub it was absolutely perfect for unwinding after skiing. Sitting in the warm water, surrounded by snow-covered trees and mountain views, was pure bliss! The location is also fantastic, offering both tranquility and easy access to the ski lifts and town. We did have an issue with the hot water, but the host was incredibly responsive, polite, and resolve it. Their attentiveness made all the difference, and we truly appreciated their effort. This was a nice home, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped except for a few things we would have liked but overall good. We had a great time with friends and lots of snow. The hot tub was wonderful and clean. The only hard thing was getting groceries up the stairs and coming from the east coast and not being used to the altitude made stairs difficult with arms full of groceries. I would have loved to have access to the dumb waiter. We would visit again for sure!

Highly recommend this property! Not only did it have plenty of space, it was very clean! The beds were cozy unlike previous airbnbs I’ve stayed at. They provided plenty of suggestions for restaurants and grocery, as well as hikes and general things to do around town. The drive into Breckenridge was super easy and yet far enough outside of it that you didn’t feel the chaos of the town!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Blue River! The home was cozy, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a perfect mountain retreat. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our days on the slopes. One of our favorite features was the stunning river rock fireplace—we used it daily and it made the home feel so warm and inviting. The location was also ideal, just an easy 8-mile drive to Breckenridge, giving us quick access to skiing, dining, and shopping while allowing us to enjoy the peace and beauty of Blue River.

Very beautiful view, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very warm inside, had anything you needed to feel at home, and you’re close to restaurants, stores and entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay. We got unlucky with our week being when blacktopping was scheduled and we had to park at the entrance to the neighborhood and walk to the house. It wasn’t a big deal. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor table could be bigger with the number of people the house holds…probably only an issue in the summer We were appreciative to have a gas grill and used it several times. We enjoyed being able to use the pool and pickleball courts after our day activities. We only used the hot tub once as our weather was pretty warm. I’m sure it would be used a lot more in the Winter during ski season. I expected a shorter walk to the village. It’s about 15-20 minutes from the house. There is a shuttle stop near the house but we just walked or drove to the village.

Peter’s place was AMAZING! 10 short minute drive to the village. We felt incredibly comfortable and welcome in his home. It was equipped with lots of unexpected essentials such as coffee, condiments, pantry goods, and lots of Kleenex! Fireplace was amazing! Peter was very responsive and gave wonderful recommendations! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is super clean and very comfortable. It’s also very conveniently located to Vail ski mountain. Everything we needed was available in the condo. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens. Skye was very accommodating and responded very quickly to our every request. Highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐️

We had an amazing time staying here. It is exactly as described, and the hosts are very responsive before and throughout the stay and even provided helpful recommendations in vail and beaver creek. The hotel is phenomenal/luxurious with amazing hot tubs, pool, fitness center, lobby, restaurant, etc. The ski valet and gondola at the hotel were a highlight. The room/condo has everything you could need. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone in our party. Close to various ski areas and the town of Silverthorne has everything you need for a great visit. We greatly enjoyed the amenities center and the hot tub/heated pool. Highly recommend!

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

This was our second time staying in Summit Sky Ranch, and it was just as amazing as we remembered! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Vail Ski Resort, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. The amenities at Summit Sky Ranch are top-notch, from the relaxing clubhouse with a hot tub to the scenic views nearby. The home itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a mountain getaway with luxury and convenience!

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay for a girls spring skiing trip! This home is stunning inside and out with so much natural light throughout situated on the very top of the neighborhood mountain side overlooking gorgeous views. We especially loved that it backed up to forest land which made it feel so very private and immersed in nature. We even had a special fox visitor in our backyard two days in a row. It really had everything we could’ve asked for! I would 100% stay here again.

Very beautiful home, very private also. I loved the fact that we had access to the club and lake house. That was a huge highlight of our stayed specially for our kids they really enjoyed.
