Excellent place and excellent people! The owners were really nice and friendly. I really appreciated their flexibility for the check in and their help in showing us where to find markets, services and what to see nearby. The place is perfect for a family as it has a very large garden where children can play in a very safe environment. The apartment is well furnished and extremely clean and it is just next to a restaurant. It has a free and private parking lot. It is very close to Umag and others Istria cities are easily reachable! Very good price and an excellent quality! I strongly recommend this place as it was simply perfect.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Ein super schönes Ambiente, Innen wie Draußen. Ich möchte auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Perfekt um sich mit Freunden oder Familie eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit zu machen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Szép, jó ízléssel berendezett hűvös kőház. Gyönyörű kert privát használatban. Mindenhol tisztaság és a földszinti plusz 1 mosdó nagyon praktikus. Konyha jól felszerelt. Klíma lent is és fent is van, de nekünk még nem volt rá szükség. (26-30fok) Nagyon közel van az Óvároshoz, gyakorlatilag annak “kapujában”. Szó szerint pár lépés és éttermek, kávézók, sétálóutcák.. Ennek ellenére az utcazaj nem jön be, mert hátul helyezkedik el. Köszönjük a privát fedett parkolót, amihez ugyan sétálni kell, de nagyon sokat ér! Luka jól kommunikál és segít, ha kell. Ajánljuk a szállást mindenkinek!

Viktor est très agréable et de bons conseils, l'appartement est spacieux, le jardin même s'il est partagé est très agréable, depuis la terrasse une très belle vue sur la mer au loin, qui fait oublié le bruit de la route, les commodités sont très proches très agréable séjour Merci Viktor

Wonderful stay in Piran after a few days in Central Slovenia - apartment was perfect for our group of two couples with room to spare. We especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Would certainly recommend. Sweet seaside town.

Wir haben uns von Minute 1 bei Emanuela sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten war toll und es ist alles mit viel Liebe gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was even more beautiful than the pictures and it accommodated my whole family plus my grandson. The host was so easy to work with and helped make our stay in Rovinj one of the best ever! We will definitely be back and we will be staying at Vladimir’s place for sure!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem traumhaften Airbnb! Das Haus ist rustikal und charmant von außen, aber innen topmodern eingerichtet – eine perfekte Kombination aus Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt: Alles war blitzsauber, bestens ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sehr gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber Mario, der unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar war. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut betreut. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft von Goran bietet einen absoluten tollen, großen und sehr gepflegten Garten am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Wir waren insgesamt 2 Familien (5 und 4 Personen). Die obere Wohnung (1. Stock) ist super für 5 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es 2 voneinander getrennte Einheiten. Beide Einheiten haben je ein Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnraum und 1 Duschbad. Die vordere Einheit hat zudem noch eine Küchenzeile und eine Ausziehcouch, die meine Kinder nutzten. Die zum Pool liegende Wohnung haben wir als Lagerraum genutzt. Sollte man planen, das Haus mit 2 Familien buchen zu wollen, sollte man sich der Aufteilung bewusst sein. Der Komfort in der oberen Wohnung ist höher. Da sich unser Leben größtenteils im traumhaften Garten abgespielt hat, war das für uns nicht so wichtig. Goran und seine Schwiegermutter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können Goran und seine Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. Danke Goran für die tollen 10 Tage bei Dir.

Een fantastisch verblijf! Wat een luxe! Mikela staat altijd voor je klaar! Heerlijk zwembad ook, wel nog en beetje koud maar met een beetje oefening kom je er steeds makkelijker in😉. (begin mei) Heerlijke rustige omgeving waar je echt tot rust kan komen en veel comfort van het huis en alle ruimtes! Daarnaast alle leuke uitjes binnen half uur - 3/4 uur te bereiken. Zeker voor herhaling!

Neven’s home was wonderful! It was beautifully rustic but with modern amenities and decor. The property itself was stunning and picturesque. Neven was very helpful during check in and check out.

Het huisje is fantastisch en sfeervol ingericht. Het ligt heerlijk rustig en privé. Alles is aanwezig, super schoon en erg goed verzorgd. Ana is ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk en ook goed bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen tijdens het verblijf. Wij, een gezin met twee kinderen (9 en 11 jaar) hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het zwembad dat het hele jaar door gebruikt kan worden was een echte hit! Een absolute aanrader en een fijne plek om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Unser Urlaub war einfach wunderschön. Schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem, weil die Villa traumhaft liegt mit einem grandiosen Blick über die Adria. Einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, es war alles so wie beschrieben. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und von jedem Zimmer hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Familienurlaub. Wir werden ihn niemals vergessen!

Daniela und Korado haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns zuerst eine Führung durch das Anwesen gegeben. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach großartig; der große Pool war nicht nur erfrischend, sondern man konnte auch sehr gut darin schwimmen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus und Daniela sowie Korado als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
