We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Cozy Studio for 2

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Villa Brtonigla has 250 m2 and is divided into ground floor and floor. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area, and a spacious living room with access to a pool and garden. The terrace on the first floor is 40m2 with a sea view. Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. Welcome in Piran, venetian jewel ! Note : Due to Covid, a reinforced cleaning and disinfection protocol is applied between each traveler.

House da mamma is a cozy house in the historic part of Rovinj, near the church of St. Euphemia and the park. It is a holiday haven for family or friends. There are a lot of good emotions and pleasant memories in its equipment and substance. In recent years, it has been successfully rented and has received great reviews. This year, the house returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, bathroom and exclusive access to the yard, which is its great asset.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
