Stay in the best area of Utrecht, with several bars and restaurants within walking distance (two just on the corner!). Amsterdam is easily accessible by train (25 minutes) or car (30 minutes).

Our accommodation is located in the historic city center of Utrecht. The space is close to all the wonderful museums, good restaurants, and cafes. You'll love my place because it's an accommodation in a century-old wharf cellar, with all the trimmings. The basement was completely renovated in early 2019 and furnished with a new modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The accommodation has its own entrance.

A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA.
