November 20th - April 1st 2026: jacuzzi in the garden (4 people, additional fee requested). Unique Teahouse directly on the historical river, 'de Vecht'. Free parking. Utrecht and Amsterdam can easily be reached by car or public transport. You can also reach us by boat, berths available onsite. Also suitible for a longer stay for expats, washing machine and dryer available. Energy label B
