An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was really a highlight of our vacation! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is very well maintained and of high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and nothing is missing. We were particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: In a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches of the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Lovely character filled apartment in old town, sun drenched courtyard, very quiet despite being close to beautiful narrow streets filled with charming cafes, shops etc.

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. Mrs. Ayşe's house is a great place for those who want peace and quiet. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. The house was immaculate and there was equipment to meet all your needs. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. It was an incredible few days in Alaçati. The village is dreamy and very lively. Zeynep's house is very nice and beautifully decorated. Too bad we didn't go often and couldn't take advantage of it so much.

This is a great place, in the best location, and the hosts were thoughtful with recommendations and really friendly. The space was clean and amazing as published.

The location is great, 10 minutes from everywhere, the interior of the house was clean and the host was very caring, we had no problems, I definitely recommend it

We had a great stay all around! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect for us – quiet, but still super connected. In just 5 minutes we were by the sea by car, and two water parks are also close by (unfortunately they were still closed at our time of travel, but the location remains great). We would like to highlight the great recommendations and tips from the host – this helped us to get to know the area better and to fully enjoy our stay. Clear recommendation! I recommend a rental car for the region. There were 3 of us in the accommodation, 2 children and 1 adult. Pool is cleaned several times a week by a pool boy, which I also think is great. We will be happy to come back soon.

Mrs. Ebru and Mr. Zafer were great hosts, 🙏🏼 the location of the house is magnificent, Seferihisar is 3 minutes away, Sığacık is 6 minutes away... there are many markets a few minutes away... the neighbors are very friendly... the house was clean, the cold drinks left in the fridge for us, the snacks prepared for my children were very stylish... the rooms and furniture were sufficient... we have been preferring such houses for holidays for years. But for the first time, we realized that we adopted it as our own home. Thanks to Mr. Zafer, Seferihisar will now be our second home. 😊

Two families, two children, we had a very comfortable 3 days. It was almost like our own home:) the decoration of the house, fine details, the layout of the garden and flat feet, the fact that there was everything you might need in the kitchen (including muffin containers:)) Everything was great that it was so close to the center of Alaçatı, and the privacy of the side gardens and privacy were preserved with wonderful beautiful trees:) thank you.

The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the main street but tucked away at the quietest end, so you get all the convenience of being close to bars, restaurants, and shops, while still enjoying peace and quiet at night. The home itself is stunning—clearly not just an Airbnb, but a thoughtfully designed and beautifully renovated space that feels like a true home. The kitchen is outstanding and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the overall design is just so chic and stylish. And we can’t forget the incredible outdoor area—it’s private, super atmospheric, and made for perfect evenings. This home made our stay so special and memorable. Thank you so much!

Our accommodation with Mr. Göktuğ was very enjoyable. The location of the house was in the pier area and it was easy to get to. The use of the house was quite sufficient. The garden was very beautiful. Teddy, a golden retriever, was really sweet. Thank you to Teddy and Mr. Göktuğ. ☺️ 🥰😇

We had a perfect holiday in a very pleasant, clean, stylish environment among the sounds of birds. The house is capable of meeting all the needs of the guests, the attendant is very polite, Ms. Banu responded to all our questions immediately, she was very interested. It was a unique experience to relax, swim in the nearby bays, breathe in the fresh air and do all this feeling safe.
