This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

The house is located right in front of the pool within the Republican site. It is 500m from Davutlar beach, you can easily reach it on foot. The pool is open to use from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. You can meet your shopping needs from the grocery stores just across from our site. There is an air conditioner on the ground floor in the house. Our kitchen has the necessary electronic items and kitchen utensils where you can meet your food and drink needs

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
