Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

Wir haben neun fantastische Tage in der bequemen und geräumigen Wohnung von Maria verbracht. Sie hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und mehrmals frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche gebracht. Das Hafenstädtchen Lagada und der Strand von Agios Isidoros sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Zu Fuß waren wir Abends oft am Strand von Daskalopetra mit seinem sympathischen Café.

Hi! Our experience in the stone house in Vrondados was beautiful. We loved the neighborhood and how peaceful it was. We were not far from the main road to travel to My Market or different restaurants. Kalliope was excellent communicating with any questions we had. We sat outside to have coffee and just relax. Parking was excellent, and neighbors were friendly. The best was meeting Kalliope's father. He brought us a melon that it was so sweet!! He also brought us little fishes from the island. The accomodation was lovely and clean. We couldn't use the pool as it was out of season, but we were informed about this in advance. Mikayil is a great host, fluent in several languages and he was very helpful with everything we needed. I would definitely book again if in the area.

Buraks Haus war ein Traum – die Lage ist fantastisch, nur ca. 10 Minuten zur Alacati, also super zentral. Der Pool war wunderschön, die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit waren ebenfalls top. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Kleiner Hinweis: Das Haus könnte an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung vertragen, und das WLAN war garnicht gut. Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!”*

Öncelikle karşılama çok dostaneydi. Belgin hanım’ın anne ve babası çok sıcak karşıladılar bizi. Kendileri çok nezih insanlar. Ev aşırı temizdi. Ev ile ilgili bilmemiz gereken her türlü detayı bize anlattılar. Kaldığımız süre boyunca herhangi bir sorun da çıkmadığı için kendilerini hiç aramak zorunda kalmadık. Bir sonraki sene tatilimizi geçireceğimiz yer belli oldu. Havuz gayet büyük ve temizliği haftada 2 kere yapıldı. Balkon geniş aileler için çok iyi. Çocuklu aileler için ideal bir ev. Ayrıca çıkarken Belgin hanım’ın babası İhsan beye selam söylemeyi unuttum. Babanıza çok selam.

Kusursuz bir ev… 6 kişi olarak 2 gece konakladık, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, eksik hissetmedik. Herşey fazlasıyla düşünülmüştü. Havuz sonrası havlumuza kadar hazırdı. Evin güzelliğinin yanısıra Ayşen Hanımın ilgi ve alakası harikaydı. Çok teşekkür ederiz kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz ve tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz

Très bel appartement avec climatisation. Beaucoup d'espace, très agréable à vivre, ideal pour tous types de voyageurs, seul ou en famille. L'appartement est proche de Chios. Il y a un petit supermarché au coin de la rue ou vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Maria m'a accueillie à mon arrivée pour me présenter les lieux. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le gâteau qu'elle m'avait préparé et l'eau dans le frigidaire surtout que le dimanche les supermarchés sont fermés. Maria est une personne très gentille et a été disponible à chaque fois que j'ai eu besoin d'elle. Elle m'a même permis de trouver du miel d'apiculteur. Je recommande.

Super netjes appartement, alles nieuw en schoon! Bij ontvangst kwam de eigenaar even kennis maken, hele aardige mensen, goed contact met de host en flexibel toen we vroegen of we er iets later uit mochten bij vertrek. Goede ervaring, rustige buurt en dicht bij de stad, helemaal top!

Fotoğraflarda gösterilen yer müstakil bir ev fakat aslında 2 adet ev mevcut. Biri en alt kat bahçeli diğeri ise bir üst katındaki apartman dairesi. Biz evi tutarken bahçeli bir müstakil ev tutuyoruz sanarak eve tuttuk ve apartman dairesini tuttuğumuzu geldiğimizde öğrendik. Onun dışında ev sahibi günay hanım yanınıza uğrayacağım dedi fakat ev konusunda yanlış evi tuttuğumuzu belirttikten sonra yanımıza gelmedi. Apartman dairesinde önceki konaklaman kalan saçlar vardı. Ercan bey evde kettle ın bozulduğunu söylediğimizde bize hemen yardım sağladı.

Çok merkezi bir konumda olan bir ev bizim tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. ev bünyesinde bulunan restaurantta bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Özellikle onlara çok teşekkür ederiz. Ev kalitesi olarak fiyat fayda için bence yeterli. Orkun ve aileye sundukları imkanlar için teşekkür ederiz.

I was very happy with Mustafa`s place. It was very tidy and clean. The place had everything I needed. I stayed for four nights with a friend of mine for a highschool renunion dinner in Cesme. His place is 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. Very easy to get to. The bus from Izmir dropped me off on main street, very close to the apartment. I walked for one or two minutes to get to the place. There are supermarkets nearby (2 minute walk) for food shopping and basic needs. The place had an A/C, TV, iron, hairdryer, working electric stove, big size fridge, electric kettle to heat water, plates, pots/pans, silverware etc. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Mustafa was very friendly, kind and helpful from first communication until we left. Can`t thank him enough for the pleasant experience I had. I will be back! :)

Huzurlu bir tatil istiyorsanız oldukça rafine bir tercih olur Bala Hanımın evi..Evin Temizliği, lokasyonu, şahane gün batımı, ev sahibesi Bala Hanımın samimi ev sahipliği her şeye değdi doğrusu. Ön bahçede güneşi batarken izlemek ömrünüze ömür katar. Bir de o semtin bir iki patili dostları o kadar güzellerdi ki , tatilime renk kattılar. Yani her şey temiz ve huzur doluydu, teşekkür ederim.

Stelios, çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Gelmeden önce Sakıza ilk kez geldiğimizi belirttik ve bize önerilerde bulundu bu sebeple çok teşekkür ederiz kendisine. Evin konumu gayet güzel merkeze 1 km mesafedeydi yürüyerek gidip gelmek çok kolay oldu. Evde her türlü malzeme mevcuttu ve temizdi. Yine gidecek olsam tercihim bu ev olur.
