We spent nine fantastic days in Maria's comfortable and spacious apartment. She took great care of us and brought fresh towels and linens several times. The harbor town of Lagada and the beach of Agios Isidoros can be reached quickly by car. In the evening, we often walked to the beach of Daskalopetra with its friendly café.

Hi! Our experience in the stone house in Vrondados was beautiful. We loved the neighborhood and how peaceful it was. We were not far from the main road to travel to My Market or different restaurants. Kalliope was excellent communicating with any questions we had. We sat outside to have coffee and just relax. Parking was excellent, and neighbors were friendly. The best was meeting Kalliope's father. He brought us a melon that it was so sweet!! He also brought us little fishes from the island. We loved Ms. Hatice's house. Everything we might need was considered. Ms. Hatice was very nice and analyzed. We loved the house so much that we didn't want to go out most of the time. We will be back next year.

We stayed as 2 families and 2 children, a great house to go as a family, the pool is clean, the house is clean, there are all the necessities. With a car that's close to everything, the only thing missing is the lack of internet in the house

A perfect home… We stayed for 2 nights as 6 people, we did not have any problems, we did not feel incomplete. Everything was well thought out. It was ready until our towel after the pool. Meric is a WONDERFUL host. Incredibly responsive and so kind. We felt right at home with fresh baked goods, filtered water and hot tea waiting for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures. Very spacious and the pool was great. Literally across the street from the sea and a 2 minute walk to the Çiftlikköy beach. The house is located on a peaceful strip in the nearby town next to Çeşme. There is a local minibus that runs service every 30 mins for 35tl to take you to Çeşme. Local restaurants were great. We had recommendations from her assistant Ugur. Ugur was incredible- very kind man who help us organize taxis, drove us himself and helped with any concerns in the house. One comment- if you are planning to work remote contact Meric first to make sure internet speed has been addressed. This was one bump we had. However when I reached out to Meric she provided an alternative for our work needs with accommodation . Overall wonderful home with amazing host and assist

Very nice apartment with air conditioning. Lots of space, very pleasant to stay in, ideal for all types of travelers, alone or with family. The apartment is close to Chios. There is a small supermarket just around the corner where you will find everything you need. Maria greeted me when I arrived to show me around. I really enjoyed the cake she made for me and the water in the fridge, especially since the supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Maria is a very kind person and was available whenever I needed her. She even allowed me to find beekeeper's honey. I recommend it.

Omer's place was great, we stayed for 3 weeks and totally enjoyed it. I was working remote, the place was in peaceful and silent neighborhood and had a great sea view. Every day I woke up early and walked to sea which is maybe 40m away from the house. it is close to restaurants and beaches also, so there was everything we expected. it was a comfortable stay, definitely want to come back again. Hosts are great very friendly and helpful.

The accomodation was lovely and clean. We couldn't use the pool as it was out of season, but we were informed about this in advance. Mikayil is a great host, fluent in several languages and he was very helpful with everything we needed. I would definitely book again if in the area.

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

The place shown in the photos is a detached house, but there are actually 2 houses. One is an apartment with a garden on the bottom floor and the other is an apartment on the upper floor. We rented the house thinking that we were renting a detached house with a garden, and we found out that we rented an apartment when we arrived. Other than that, the host, Ms. Günay, said she would come by, but after we stated that we rented the wrong house, she did not come to us. There was hair left from your previous stay in the apartment. When we told Mr. Ercan that the kettle at home was broken, he immediately helped us.

I was very happy with Mustafa`s place. It was very tidy and clean. The place had everything I needed. I stayed for four nights with a friend of mine for a highschool renunion dinner in Cesme. His place is 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. Very easy to get to. The bus from Izmir dropped me off on main street, very close to the apartment. I walked for one or two minutes to get to the place. There are supermarkets nearby (2 minute walk) for food shopping and basic needs. The place had an A/C, TV, iron, hairdryer, working electric stove, big size fridge, electric kettle to heat water, plates, pots/pans, silverware etc. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Mustafa was very friendly, kind and helpful from first communication until we left. Can`t thank him enough for the pleasant experience I had. I will be back! :)

If you want a peaceful holiday, it would be a very refined choice. Ms. Bala's house... The cleanliness of the house, its location, the wonderful sunset, the sincere hospitality of the host Ms. Bala was worth everything. Watching the sun set in the front yard adds life to your life. And the neighborhood's four-legged friends were so beautiful that they brightened up my holiday. I mean, everything was clean and peaceful, thank you.
