Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

we stayed in this charming village. in a cozy, warm and clean apartment. Romina welcomed us with extreme cordiality. We had a very good time. We recommend it. And we will definitely be back.

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The accommodation is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you could need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, with easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love being in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation perched on top of a hill in a small picturesque village! Total tranquility reigns in the village and around the accommodation. Giancarlo was responsive and super nice! Thanks to these phone calls, we found distant members of our family, the choice of this accommodation exceeded our expectations! The location of the villa is stunning. Magnificent views, peaceful, serene, a true escape. The attention to detail and hospitality of the hosts cannot be overstated. We were greeted with a tart (which my kids immediately devoured) and a bottle of Prosecco. Pino was very flexible with both the check-in and check-out times so we got a few extra hours of fun in the pool and it made our travels less stressful. All of our requests were immediately accomodated - Pino, his wife, and son were very gracious and welcoming. A great supermarket and fresh fish market within a 12 minute drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

A wonderful house, an enormous, well-kept and beautiful garden and views to die for! We particularly noticed little details such as the lovely roses planted around the swimming-pool fence which soften the view from the house and the rest of the garden; also the well-placed groups of seats and trees allowing visitors to enjoy the various stunning views. Antonio, the owner, has also promised to install an electric car-charging point next year as the ones in the local village didn’t seem to work. Our party of 6 adults and three little boys had a wonderful holiday with everything we could possibly want. And we really recommend eating at the local Agroturismo restaurant. We also enjoyed visiting San Marino, Urbino, Faro in the coast and the aquarium in Cattolica. We would definitely go back.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Location among the hills of Cagli, silence and view all to enjoy. The pool is super clean, with sun loungers and shower and a beautiful view of the hills. Large (cyclamen) accommodation with an outdoor area for eating and relaxing. In short, a super pleasant holiday!

The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

We stayed one night in Cattolica, we had a great time. The house is very beautiful, spacious, and furnished with care but above all clean and tidy. Alberto is a kind and precise host. Recommended as accommodation for spending a few days in Catholic

The place was beautifully decorated and offered every comfort. The location was ideal to explore the surroundings and at the same time enjoy the tranquility. The cleanliness was impeccable and left nothing to be desired. The host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(
