Die Kommunikation mit Giulia war jederzeit herzlich. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out, den ihre Mutter übernommen hat, verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Inserat – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Willkommensbrot sowie über die bereitgestellten Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee, Trinkwasser und Milch. Ein kostenloser, abgesperrter Parkplatz stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist gut erreichbar und liegt relativ zentral zwischen der Altstadt von San Marino und der Staatsgrenze – beides ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn auch nicht direkt ums Eck.

Validissima alternativa di alloggio rispetto a quelle classiche in città. Ideale per chi voglia concedersi una fuga romantica. Anche per me, che ci sono andata con mia figlia adolescente , è stato piacevolissimo. Lo consiglio a chiunque, purché non abbia problemi di deambulazione, visto che si tratta di alloggio in borgo arroccato

We had a great stay at Daniele’s accommodation. Well situated for exploring Urbino and the surrounding areas. It is on a main road but you have no noise as the property is set back behind another . Check in and arrival information very easy and clear. We had booked all three bedrooms of the B&B so had the place entirely to ourselves. It’s incredibly clean, modern and very comfortable. Be aware there is no lounge/sitting area but there is a large dining table to sit around off the kitchen. This is a B&B so there are no formal cooking facilities - but fridge/coffee machine/ microwave available in the modern kitchen. Breakfast is extensive and generous. Daniele and his family are all very friendly and welcoming - and happy to provide information about the area. Would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Es war einfach perfekt!Morciano ist ein kleiner Ort mit ganz lieben Menschen :) alle notwendigen Geschäften befinden sich in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern!Alles so liebevoll dekoriert!In der Küche hat man alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Tee.Was noch total süß ist, dass der Gastgeber sogar Croissants, Marmelade und Kekse sowie zwei Wasserflaschen bereitstellt. Im Bad findet man ebenso alles, was man braucht, die Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt.Was Paolo angeht, ganz große Klasse!Für jedes Anliegen kann man ihn sofort kontaktieren und bekommt auch umgehend eine Antwort!Tolle Empfehlungen von ihm bekommen bezüglich Restaurants und Strand(10 Autominuten in Cattolica).Zwischendurch brachte Paolo uns leckere Feigen zum Probieren und bei Abreise ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit heimischen Leckereien!Paolo, vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt & deine Herzlichkeit :)wir kommen wieder!

Se potessi darei 6 stelle! Giovanna e suo marito sono stati molto accoglienti e super disponibili, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! L'alloggio è ancora più bello dal vivo che nelle foto, molto pulito, fornito di ogni cosa di cui si potesse necessitare. La zona circostante molto tranquilla immersa nel verde, di facile accesso a diversi sentieri, perfetta per chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Monia è una host fantastica, ci ha pure tenuto personalmente un posto auto nel parcheggio locale per noi!! (era una giornata di fest in città). La casa era super accogliente e pulita, con bellissime foto della tradizionale Festa dei Ceri di Gubbio. Siamo rimasti solo per poco tempo e abbiamo persino pensato di prolungare la visita di un giorno :) dobbiamo ritornare securamente! Grazie di cuore, Monia, per tutto!!

Siamo stati accolti personalmente dal nostro host, Alberto, in una casa accogliente situata in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dall'entroterra e a soli 15-20 minuti a piedi dal mare. La casa è ben fornita di tutto il necessario, compresi accessori per la doccia come asciugamani e shampoo. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti, incluso un frigorifero. La parte più piacevole della casa è senza dubbio la terrazza, dove è possibile pranzare o cenare all'aperto godendo di una vista ammirevole. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca una sistemazione confortevole e tranquilla vicino al mare , penso di ritornarci in futuro !

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Beautiful apartment, great value for money. Super clean and very clear communication for how to check in. The terrace is huge and super cool to hangout. Thank you so much. ❤️❤️

La casa di Gino si trova a pochi metri dal palazzo dei consoli. Perfetta per visitare in comodità Gubbio, è dotata di tutti i comfort. Al nostro arrivo ci accoglie Gino che ci fa parcheggiare in un parcheggio gratuito per poi portarci a casa con la sua macchina. La casa è su due piani, rifinita nei minimi dettagli, affascinante e confortevole. Gino si è reso disponibilissimo per check in e check out e ci ha permesso di usufruire della casa più a lungo. Se volete visitare Gubbio e dintorni consiglio vivamente di soggiornare a casa di Gino!

Questo appartamento è un gioiellino, circondato da un giardino stupendo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un giorno stancante. Letizia è stata molto disponibile, veloce nelle risposte ed efficiente! Il meglio che possiate trovare a Rimini !

Wir wurden sehr flexibel und freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern! Ein sehr schönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Das Haus mit Terrasse ist idyllisch auf einem Hügel mit Weitblick gelegen. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sauber und ordentlich. Das B&B hat alles, was man benötigt.

Il soggiorno da Piero è stato perfetto nulla lasciato al caso, dal posto stupendo immerso nel verde con una bellissima visuale sulle colline circostanti, alla pulizia delle camere e dei bagni (perfetta!), alla simpatia e cordialità di Piero e di sua moglie con i quali ci siamo anche "persi" in belle chiaccherate ! Per finire al risveglio la ci siamo trovati una colazione fantastica preparata dalla moglie di Piero....torte e dolci fatti in casa per noi! Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Stay with Massimiliano and Carmen was excellent. 5 starts is not enough for this experience, if I can I will give them 6 out of 5 stars. Both hosts are friendly and kind. Great and tasty breakfast in calm garden. Massimiliano also gave a tip for local restaurant. Accomodation was spacious and really clean. They also provide us with small snacks and water. I definitely recommend this place and hope to return there again.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Ho trascorso una notte in questo alloggio nel centro storico di Urbino e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è ottima, in piena zona ZTL, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. L’alloggio è pulito, ben curato e confortevole, ideale per una sosta breve ma piacevole. Un grande punto a favore è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente non troppo distante, cosa non scontata in una città storica. L’host è stata gentile, disponibile e chiara nelle comunicazioni. Esperienza decisamente positiva, lo consiglierei!
