The charming historic wooden house (built in 1976) features a sauna, fireplace and exclusive access to a private swimming spot at nearby Lake Wolfgangsee. Quietly situated on a 3-hectare natural property, just a few minutes from Bad Ischl – a retreat for nature, privacy and slowing down. A paradise for dogs.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
