Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Perfekt für Familien, Pärchen und als Arbeitsplatz geeignet. Optimal ist die Unterkunft für 4 Personen geeignet. Es gibt zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch für weitere 2 Personen. Alle Betten sind Doppelbetten. Für Babys gibt es ein eigenes Kinderbett. Es gibt einen schönen Kinderspielplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Spend cozy relaxing days in my centrally located accommodation. The small but nice apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house with its own bathroom and house entrance. Whether it's a skiing vacation, hiking or sightseeing, everything is possible. Ski lift or summer lift is about 20 minutes away on foot. Also a visit to Innsbruck, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, nothing stands in the way. Supermarket and restaurant are about a 10-minute walk away.
