This great tiny house with its cozy living area with sofa bed (1.20 x 1.90 m), dining area and the well-equipped kitchenette invites you to linger. In the separate bedroom with box spring bed you will sleep and dream wonderfully. In addition, the tiny house has its own bathroom with shower/toilet. Join the whole family in this peaceful place to stay.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Our lovingly restored tiny house offers you the opportunity to switch off, breathe deeply and clear your head in the midst of fantastic nature. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people. Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (€4 per hour of electricity).

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partially furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship post office from 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. The Danube cycle path leads past the house. In addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to cross to Austria by ferry or to travel to Linz or Passau by steamer.
