Daisy was very accommodating and responded quickly to any requests! If you have an issue or requests (temperature, more towels, etc.) just message her and she'll have it solved within minutes. Great location - walking distance to UPenn/Drexel and close public transport to get to center city.

Marcia is such a lovely and kind host, very responsive, flexible and helpful. And her large turn-of-the century house in an historic neighborhood is pretty special. This was the first time I had stayed in an owner-occupied Airbnb and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a memorable experience. Marcia was friendly and welcoming, and I felt very comfortable and at-home while staying with her (and her sweet cat, Oscar). I would definitely stay again.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and Frank made it an exceptional experience. He was incredibly responsive to all my needs as a person with disabilities, and was highly accommodating and adaptable. I would definitely consider him again for my next trip to Philadelphia.

Gorgeous and private room! Got great sunlight. Well decorated! We got into the Airbnb pretty late, but it wasn’t an issue.

Ana is an excellent host! She responded quickly to last minute reservation adjustments I needed to make. The place is exactly as described, super clean, and the ensuite coffee/fridge is a nice perk. I appreciate the no shoes inside rule. Parking was easy to find. Of course you’ll hear the occasional house guest which is expected for renting a room instead of a whole place, and some street noise which is part of city living. It’s an overall great spot. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Marie Jeanne was a delight!!!! Her place was a space of peace and comfort. This is not the place for you if you do not treasure your "me" time!!!!

I had an incredible experience staying at your place. You’ve made me feel comfortable and safe especially in an area I’ve never been before, tbh I was a lil nervous when I first entered the neighborhood. The back pillow really helped me rest better. I also liked how creative, vibrant and cozy the space is with little pieces of art everywhere. Overall, I had an amazing stay and thank you for being my host!

Best stay I been to by far

Very nice place inside. Well furnished with modern decor. Also very convenient to U of Penn and Center City. Guests should realize that this is in West Philly. If you are not comfortable in that environment then you should consider paying for a more expensive place in a more upscale neighborhood.

This is a lovely place to stay and so quiet and private! Skeitha is a great host. She adjusted the temperature for me and checked in everyday to make sure I had what I needed. The place is comfortable and had everything a guest could want and more! And when her listing says the place is clean, you can believe it, because it was spotless! From here, it's easy to get into the center of Philadelphia and also to do things further outside of Philadelphia, so it's a great location. And last, but certainly not least, it is a fantastic bargain. So stop swiping and book this airbnb now.

Overall great experience!! The location was prime and close to Philly. Close to Wawa and local restaurants. Very comfortable place for a couple. Eli was also very responsive and helpful!

Great place to stay, looks just like the photos, and is a great feel for the space. Water didn't get as hot as I would like but still gets to a nice temperature. If getting there later in the day, plan to look for parking as it is all street parking. Availability for parking was within a block or so, which was fine. Overall great night's stay!

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. It felt like I was coming and going as if I was at my own apartment building that’s how great the host instructions was very simple self explanatory. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!

We loved staying here! We were a group of friends staying the weekend for a wedding. Bin’s home was extremely clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom (with two sinks/mirrors, which was extra helpful for getting ready for the wedding). Bin gave clear instructions, was very responsive leading up to our stay, and even let us check in three hours early. The location was also great - very quiet at night and easy to get to other places via public transit. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Philly!
