Vacation rentals with a patio in University City

Almost perfect, perhaps the place could use more table lamps…( for reading)

We had some comical issues with locking doors and garage door opener, but the host was immediately responsive and helpful. This is a charming building, a well equipped kitchen, more space than just my husband and I needed, but it was good for our stay in St. Louis.

Place was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved how close it was to everything! Chris was also super helpful and responded quickly whenever we needed anything or had any questions!

We had the best stay! The space is perfect for a family or small group of friends. We loved the apartment. Beds were comfy, everything was so neat and clean and well-decorated. We would absolutely recommend a stay to anyone visiting St. Louis. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. They are very proactive and will fix any issues that arise. We didn’t have any issues, but they were concerned there might be an issue with the AC following the recent storms and were working in advance of our stay to address it and it was resolved prior to our arrival. Loved our stay and the city!

Such a great location for walking to so many hip eateries, hidden classics, music venues, plus giant park and gardens with museums Only wish we had more time!

The unit was absolutely beautiful! So many special details, historical, preserved and renewed. Everything was explained either in the binder that is provided or through the website. The door was a little tricky to use but that was warned beforehand so i appreciated that. The block is definitely undergoing a makeover and at first glance looks a little "sketchy" but honestly it was nothing to worry about and everyone we met outside was so friendly. The only thing i could think to tell future guests about the space is that the toilet area of the bathroom is very small, so if youre a plus size person you might struggle with that. But other than that- it wad an excellent stay and we will be back!

This place looked small from the outside but was huge inside! The place was clean and had everything we needed — cooking utensils, phone chargers, and a/c that worked very well! I would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay at Timothy’s place. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance to everything on the Hill! Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Definitely enjoyed my stay! The house was beautiful it was close to everything I did while in town. Looks just like the pictures, host was great we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Even tho it is pet friendly there wasn’t a pet smell or anything. Definitely will book again.

Such a great location near downtown Kirkwood. The space was very clean and had all the amenities we needed!

Our family (kids, baby, and grandparents) LOVED our stay at Sara and Dan’s house. The kids especially loved playing in the backyard and the rest of us were so impressed by the safe, beautiful neighborhood. We came with a busy agenda, as the house is an easy drive to many great places in St Louis. We wish we would have had more time to walk to the nearby coffee shops and restaurants that Sara recommended!

This dime exceeds expectations and the photos do not do justice. This place has such a beautiful yard, ultimate relaxation. It was quiet, the chickens were friendly and the hosts communicated when they were going to have their animals in the backyard. We appreciated their communication style and how well they did. Response rate was perfect and offered solutions promptly. This would be such a great romantic getaway. My partner and I had our two-year-old with us and was able to not only find that relaxation for ourselves but this spot offered entertainment for him. If the opportunity presents itself in the future we'd likely reserve this spot again.

Great location in Dogtown, walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops and short drive to many more. Clean, modern decor, very homey. Could comfortably house 2-3 couples or 2 couples with kids. Pet friendly which was great with a large fenced in yard, however important to note there is no access to the yard from the house, you still have to walk outside with your dog(s) to gain access to the fenced yard. Will definitely be considering this property or one of Alex’s other properties for our next visit to STL!

What a great first experience with an air bnb! The home was beautiful and Amanda was such a great help!

We had a really nice stay. Danny was quick to respond, and check in was very easy. Check out requirements were very simple and she really didn’t request a lot. I expected to have to do a lot more before checking out, so that was a nice bonus! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Just as the others shared, this biggest “challenge” was the stairs, but still managable. The beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet!! I loved how spacious one of the bedrooms was… we managed to put a queen sized air mattress in it for our daughter. The only things I would have added to my “wishlist” would be to have blackout curtains for the bedrooms (my 3 year old has her own motto “the suns up, so it’s time to wake up!” so we had some early mornings 😅), and a little more comfortable living room furniture for relaxing (we all have bad lower backs 🤣). But overall We definitely recommend Danny’s place and we would absolutely stay here again.

Far exceeded our expectations!! Royce was so pleasant to interact with, clear instructions, quick response times, and wonderful recommendations for area attractions. Home was clean and included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable with a sweet welcome note and basket of goodies for us. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with a large group. Close walking distance for many activities and short driving distance as well for planned events. Easy to find and simple entering instructions.

Place was just as pictured. It was very clean and comfy! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying here the next time we’re in town.

Danny was great host, very responsive. Location was near Lafayette Square, which we wanted. Easy check in and out, will use again!!

Loved Keisas airbnb was very cozy & made me feel at home even though home was 12hours way! the neighborhood is nice & it’s a good walking distance to a few good eats! Keisa is also a good host when i needed her she answered fast and helped! definitely recommend staying here and if i ever come back to st.louis i’ll definitely be booking here again:)

Riley's place was cute and in a corner lot. I enjoyed that it was off of the main road and quite. it was perfect for what was needed for the few days we stayed. I loved that she had plenty of towels and toilet paper (no one ever has enough of that stuff for people who stay multiple days). Great little place if you're a small group of couple traveling to St. Louis.

This place was huge! I was traveling alone, to a new city, late at night and felt very nervous about being by myself but Bekah went out of her way to meet with me to reassure me of my safety. The flat is beautiful and clean! The bed was so comfortable and roomy. I was literally only there to sleep but in the event I’m in STL again, I’m definitely booking this one!
