We had a great stay at Sham’s villa. The house had plenty of bedrooms with space for everyone and the compound was great and quite. Lots of walkable playgrounds, the pool in the compound is great and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sham’s was a wonderful host, being very responsive and helpful with any issues! Would highly recommend the stay for any family!

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

I had rented the place as part of my daughter's wedding in Ajman.Stay was the least of my tensions as everything was so smooth and was Shireesh and the caretaker Jamal was always available for any requirements.Villa is so beautiful and with the lighting decorations it looked amazing beyond words.All the visitors loved the place.i stayed for 5 days and it was very comfortable and homely as well.Very good location to access different parts of the city ,yet in a quiet and private area.I would highly recommend the place for any family gatherings or small events too as there is a hall with excellent interior and sound system.Its also sound proof .Special note for Jamal who looks after the house with so much care .Super clean all the time.

We had a great staycation here to celebrate my birthday. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed — from kitchen utensils to a water dispenser and fridge. It made the stay easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

100% recommended. Excellent family stay - the Arabian Ranches community is very peaceful, the community pool is great and it’s pretty easy to get to most things in Dubai. The house itself was wonderful, and exactly like the photos. House next door was under construction but no noise disturbance while we were there. The only note I have for future guests is that the pool gets full of leaves within hours - on arrival it looked like no-one had cleaned it for ages but having stayed there for a week we realised it is serviced/cleaned regularly but it’s just an impossible task to keep leaf free!

Hisham who was our host was absolutely amazing! Very supportive and responsive. The Villa is a nice size and has all the amenities required. The only feedback I have is the property is in need of a little update, just the usual up lift after successfully renting a good property over a long duration. That said, Hisham genuinely went above and beyond to support our every need. With a little uplift, we would definitely rent this villa again and would rent from Hisham if he had other properties.

The villa is beautiful and perfectly situated on a private golf estate, offering a luxurious and serene retreat. The interior is tastefully decorated with bright, immaculate rooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, boasting a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, and plenty of crockery and utensils. The spacious living area opens on to a beautiful enclosed garden. This peaceful outdoor space includes a BBQ, a small, deep pool to cool off in and vibrant flowers with ample garden furniture, making it perfect for sunbathing or dining al fresco. Anas, the host, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay, including accommodating a 2am check-in and responding promptly to any queries. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, home-away-from-home in Dubai.

the team was absolutely amazing. they helped us all along our trip and responded within minutes to any question or request. they also helped organise the rest of our trip including having a rental car delivered and picked up at the house directly for a very reasonable price. they also organised a free mid week cleaning which was amazing. the kitchen will need a little upgrade which I know it is getting over the summer but the rest of the house is exactly as described. thank you to the whole team for making our trip so easy!

we have agreat stay in Nestify ,love the finished and the elegant furniture the same as the photos. lovely garden seating outside. it's a bit far from the downtown 45 min .but the area is so nice and no problem if you have a car. definitely recommend it. The only things I didn't like that I found 3 closing bed in the kids room. My kids can't play in the room I fell it like a storage room not kids room .hope they remove it as the photos not show this thing.
