The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. You share the same amenities as the guests of a 5 star hotel. Be sure to check out the pool club. 3. Unit is very well designed and you’ll feel right at home. Will definitely come back here.

Great house, great place

I truly appreciated the attention to details from the fresh linens and well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful touches that made the space feel like home. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Communication was excellent throughout, and I especially appreciated how smooth and straightforward the check-in and check-out process was. Had an amazing stay, the apartment is in such a convenient place, with just a short walk to JBR and the Marina area. Loads of convenient shops around. Besides this, the apartment itself was so clean and the vibe was amazing. Not to mention the amazing view… pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely be coming again and hoping this apartment is available at that time :).

10-15 minutes drive from Dubai mall, burj, frame & museum of future... (self drive ).... Saf is good host & helpful...allowed 1 - 1.5 hr extra even after chekout time as my vehicle tyre got punctured. 2 grocery stores within 3-5 minutes & petrol in 7-8 minutes.. only problem faced was with the kitchen being common, a bit of confusion @ eatlbles ...else happy with the property

The villa stay was absolutely wonderful! The surroundings were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and great entertainment areas, making the stay incredibly enjoyable. The outdoor scenery was stunning—whether relaxing in the garden or on the terrace, it was truly a peaceful experience. Plus, it was just a 2-minute walk to the private beach, which was a fantastic bonus. The host was warm and attentive, providing exceptional service that made the stay even more delightful. Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay! All that you need is within a few minutes by walking. There's a store (grocery) directly across the street, the Dubai mall is within minutes also and not very far from other surrounding sites. If you happen to drive, just make sure you get a key card for entrance into the parking garage. All in all, I would stay here again due to the location alone.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!
