Fatteh was amazing, super responsive and helpful - absolutely loved our stay here! Panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown from the wrap-around balcony were incredible. Dubai Mall was only a few minutes away which was super convenient. The pool area had a great vibe - perfect for unwinding. Will definitely visit again!

A beautiful, new apartment located right next to the footbridge on the Dubai Water Canal. Ideally located for Jumeirah and easy to get around Dubai. Simple checkin process with the building concierge. Felix was a great host too - very responsive and helpful. Thanks! Top tip - if you stay here and like Chinese food, try Chinese Pavilion restaurant, it’s a five minute walk from the apartment by the canal, and the food is just fantastic.

Amazing airbnb at a great location. It is very centrally located in Dubai and it has some great facilities on walking distance. The location also offers four high quality restaurants just around the corner on walking distance. The swimming pools are nice and quiet and the kids pool was great for our kid. What was very important for us, was that there will be no noise of either construction, neighbours or mosque's call to prayer. This place was perfect to avoid these noises and it was absolutely quiet. The only downside was that check-in and location information was only shared on the arrival day, which is difficult when you plan everything ahead and when phone coverage is not great when traveling. Still everything was great and it was a 5-star experience and a place to come back to!

Nadeem's place gave us a breathtaking view of Dubai, particularly at night when the city lights came to life. The apartment complex in itself felt very secure, the store just outside the complex made grocery shopping very convenient and Nadeem was also quick to respond to any queries on Airbnb, all of which made our stay here very comfortable. The location is great and we could easily reach the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall by taxi. The Dubai waterfall is at a walkable distance and was a nice place to relax and have a stroll in the evenings.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Great place for some peace and quiet.

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

Beautiful house with a spacious living room and 2 attached bedrooms with high ceiling. The place is well maintained and clean. With a high compound wall and artificial turf laid from wall to wall, this place is highly recommended for families looking for a quiet weekend getaway. And it is pet friendly!! As it was Eid holidays the owner sent us a basketful of fresh fruits. Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with my family, has a nice pool and all the amenities you would need, it’s also close to khorfakkan and fujairah. Rony was also very kind and made it easy to check in early. 10/10

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.
