Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

I have no words to describe the place and the hospitality of Abdul and his family. Abdul is such a great host, very accommodating, goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will recommend and will book again if given a chance.

My name is Abdo British national, I like travelling alot but I was impressed by this flats and how is the flat is tidy and clean and how our host is taking care of everything even the small details and what I like also the way host is communicating with us very efficiently I was firstly booked one bedroom flat but Dr Eisa kindly offer us a two bedroom flat with very competitive price in comparison with prices in Alain city.......I recommend everyone looking for relaxintion and peace of mind to book from. this wonderful place

Everything is perfect

the Smart Stay Team was extremely responsive and helpful, any questions or concerns were resolved promptly , the checkin and check out staff is amazing and the over all experience was great, we checked out of one smart stay apartment and to another and the transition was seamless and amazing. im in real estate myself so I understand how important customer service and satisfaction is and they went above and beyond to achieve their 5 stars. thank you Smart Stay Team :)

It was a very cool experience to stay in the apartment in front of Burj Khalifa. There was a very good communication with the team. I appreciate how quickly I was able to get in touch with SmartStay. Would highly recommend!

The only observation is the lack of water and cleaning of rooms with the hotel

Place was perfect. Very clean, everything worked. They are not too flexible on check-in or check out time so if you have an early flight be sure to plan accordingly. Otherwise this ranks as one of the nicer AIRBNB’s I’ve stayed in.

Amazing place. The location is perfect. Very close to Dubai mall and good coffees around. The staff of the building also very friendly. The flat is really amazing same of the photos. I feel like I was at home. For sure I want come back!!!

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

Lovella’s place was very nice: private, easy to get to, and surrounded by all things you need during your stay, lots of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and there’s a park you can walk by. Lovella and Alex’s attention was great, they were flexible with the check in time, I could work from their place without any sort of issue as well. I loved the kitties, they’re gorgeous!

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

Very good person and place

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
