Guesthouse vacation rentals in Ulster County

This is our third visit, so that should tell you everything. Cozy little artist studio-turned-full apartment. Great location right on the creek. You could spend the whole day there, but of course the location is perfect. Just a 20 minute walk to downtown Woodstock. Great hiking trails close by. Recommended.

This is I believe our 4th year staying at Sheena’s place in Saugerties the same weekend in May for a hockey tournament. The space is walking distance to town and the rink so we can enjoy the nightlife. The place is always immaculate, with fresh lilacs on table, water tea and coffee available for the morning. Bonus washer and dryer especially helpful during the hockey tournament. Sheen is always super responsive and flexible during our stays. Highly recommend Sheena’s place.

What a wonderful place to relax and unwind from all the chaos. We loved walking around the grounds and exploring the areas around Olivebridge. We will definitely book again.

Comfortable and cozy stay. Our dogs were quite welcome. Our host was always available to answer questions. We had a lovely welcome basket on arrival which was a welcome surprise. A perfect location for our stay.

Hidden gem. Really appreciated the countryside accommodation. The hot tub was nice and hot and we enjoyed a fire right after. The stores were in a close enough proximity if needed. My fiancé was skeptical as it’s right next to another property but we had are own space and we were not disturbed. Also we enjoyed the fresh eggs and being able to bring our fur babies.

Martin and Erin were available, kind and informative. Their property is really great for exposure to the outdoors and the attractions in town. Walkable! Great restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Woodstock has so much to offer and Martin & Erin's space is a perfect compliment.

Brendan’s place was wonderful and he was an amazing host. He was helpful and proactive and provided excellent recommendations. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, but never felt intrusive. I can’t recommend staying here highly enough!

The stay in the cottage was everything I had hoped for. I was looking for peace and a sense of safety in a calm environment for a medical treatment, and that's exactly what I found. It felt like the true Airbnb experience as it was originally meant to be, not just about business and renting out a place, but about people who genuinely care and offer thoughtful tips that really complete your journey. 10 out of 10!

This was the perfect place for us to stay for Thanksgiving in Accord with family. Although attached to Jolle's house, it was entirely private with its own entrance and parking area. The cottage is pristine, very nicely put together and so very comfortable. Underfloor heating made it even cosier on a very wintery snowy Thanksgiving Day! Jolle's very welcoming gift of local chocolates, a bottle of wine and coffee in the freezer made us feel welcome. All the local recommendations were helpful and we all decided that this was the place to come back to next time we return to Accord! Highly recommended.

What can I say more than i absolutely loved the cabin. I went with my girlfriend and it was such great to unwind for a weekend with a cozy cabin and the absolutely lovely surroundings of nature. The pond was great to take a dip in and cool off for a bit. We saw a pretty big turtle and the pond has some very curious and territorial fish. All in all would definitely recommend and see myself coming back.

Quaint wonderful place filled with nearly every cooking need -even a carton of local eggs! Also Anne’s love of healthy and natural products was evident through shampoos, hand creams, and the like for our use. Finally Anne was so responsive to every question or need, usually within a minute! We will return. Please know that Google gps wrongly stated that Anne’s address was across the road where a school sits.

Loved our stay and hope to come back in the future! Denise's place is beautifully designed and has lots of thoughtful touches. The house is less than a 10 min drive from Accord and 15 min from New Paltz, so there was a nice balance of nature/privacy with easy access to restaurants and things to see. Denise was very helpful and friendly, and check in was smooth and easy.

Mondrian Manor was a perfect place for a quick stay near Middletown. Tracy was responsive and friendly. The little home was clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for a quick stay. I would stay here again.

Millie’s Inn exceeded all of our expectations. It’s private, peaceful, comfortable, clean and so beautifully designed. Jackie & Lenny are responsive and dedicated hosts who made sure we had everything we needed our entire stay. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay here. Originally booked for two nights but extended for a third because we liked it so much. Perfect location, very close to Woodstock and shopping, restaurants, fun things to see and do. The unit was impeccably clean and well-maintained, spacious, bright and cozy. And the view is to-die-for. The most stunning and picturesque scenery I’ve experienced in years - and we live in the Hudson Valley! It was the perfect Memorial Day getaway. Plus the properly manager was very communicative and helpful with all questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Jay was very communicative throughout the whole process and ensured our short stay went smoothly. He also booked us the same day which we really appreciated. House is beautiful and amenities are great. We loved the steamroom.

Jessica’s place was the perfect choice for a quick weekend getaway to Woodstock. The space was sparkling clean and well stocked with extra linens and kitchen items. The property was peaceful and serene and a dream to wake up too in the morning. Highly recommend!! Jessica was able very responsive and check in and out was a breeze. 10/10!

This stay offers a lovely home and view. Photos in the advertisement are accurate & communication was easy with the airbnb app. Upon our arrival we looked out back to see a young male deer in the adjacent field nibbling on his meal. Welcoming scene. Everything in the home is very clean; bed is a comfy king; there is one television in the livingroom with you tube available, but no live tv, so bring your Hulu/Netflix info or Firestick if you're a tv enthusiast. We we're in the area for a family wedding so that wasn't impt to us. We felt very comfortable & would recommend this home for any single or couple looking for a stay in the area.

Great experience! 2 wineries within 1 mile. Close to great hiking. William, was very accommodating with check in & check out time. Would highly recommend staying here. Very cute , clean and comfortable with get amenities.

This is my second stay with Frank since last year and the studio has been consistently comfortable, exceptionally clean and filled with everything you may need to enjoy your stay, including things you may have forgotten (eg, band-aids, in my case). The back yard is gorgeous and it was very enjoyable to walk around the grounds and see the apple orchards and the beautiful flowers. Frank is very friendly, accessible, and answered all my questions. The photos are exactly as the studio looks! I would highly recommend this place when in the Mid-Hudson Valley!!

We had a great time! Great location close to the center of Woodstock — very functional and clean space, everything worked perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped too! Overall very well thought out and perfect spot in Woodstock :)

We had a wonderful stay up in Woodstock for the Presidents Day weekend. We went to nearby Bellayre for skiing and sampled the wonderful restaurants in Woodstock. Leslie and Colin’s place was a perfect launch pad and so totally comfortable and cosy. It had everything we needed - even eggs, butter and milk in the frig for breakfast! Leslie and Colin were very attentive hosts and we always felt well taken care of during our stay. We enjoyed the wood stove!

Highly recommend Amy’s place! Close to downtown New Paltz. House was beautiful and had plenty of space. Felt very private and was quiet. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Truly one of the best Airbnbs experiences I’ve had!

With a few dozen AirBnB stays under my belt, I have to say Shannon's lovely home in Ulster Park, NY, is without a doubt, the most enjoyable I've ever had! Her home is immaculate and literally footsteps from the Hudson River! She has taken the time to create an immensely enjoyable retreat by providing all modern amenities (large screen smart TV, robust WiFi and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Her backyard is thoughtfully laid out, recognizing the River is the main attraction, and provides fabulous seating areas, accompanied by gas fueled fire pits! Truly amazing. I am sure I will be returning soon!
